Representative Projects :

Robert was involved in the project administration of a number of grade A Office Buildings include the office campus at TaiKoo Place consisting of One Island East, Oxford House, Lincoln House, Dorset House, Devon House and Cambridge House. He was also involved in the project administration of 3 Pacific Place.

His experience of project administration of Residential Developments include Bel-Air on the Peak at Cyberport: R3, R4 and R5; the Bellagio at Sham Tseng, Gold Coast at Tuen Mun, Pacific Palisades at Tin Hau and Whampoa Garden at Hunghom. Most of these residential developments include master planning including submission of Section 16 to Town Planning Board.

Robert has also completed project administration of a number of Institutional Buildings including the Centennial Campus at University of Hong Kong which was completed in time for the change from 3 years to 4 years university education. He was also involved in the expansion of the Hang Seng Management College at Shatin.

In terms of Mainland projects, Robert is currently involved with the Daizhongli Project at Nanjiang Lu West, Shanghai, a development that consists of 2 highrise office buildings, 3 hotels/service apartments and an extensive shopping Mall.
