Two of the development packages in the 'Super Transport City' of Union Square, the development on top of the LAR Kowloon Station. Site F consists of two towers, 68 storeys high on a 5 storeys podium and a basement. One of the tower houses 110 residential units and 515 service apartment units and the other tower houses 109 residential units, 91 service apartment units, a 393-room 5-star hotel run by W. Hotel and a 272-room suite hotel. Site G consists of a tower, 108 storeys high, the tallest in Hong Kong on 4 storeys basement. It houses 231,760 s.m. of office and a 290-room 6-star hotel run by R. Carlton.
