The Wong and Ouyang Group of Companies, consultants for the HKCEC Extension, are the lead consultant team for the winning Design and Build Contractor: Hip Hing Ngo Kee Joint Venture for the HKCEC Expansion Project. The Expansion will provide much-needed additional exhibition space of around 20,000 square metres on three levels across the existing water channel. The contract was awarded in May 2006 and work has commenced on site for this 33-month project.
