Wong & Ouyang (Civil-Structural Engineering) Ltd., Structure,
are led by Joint Venture of Hip Hing Construction and
Ngo Kee Construction Co. Ltd. in a design and build contract.

The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Atrium Expansion was officially opening by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Mr. Donald Tsang on July 22, 2009.
In his opening address, Mr. Tsang praised the team for "The completion of this huge expansion in less than three years demanded unmatched efficiency, creative planning, innovative engineering and seamless co-ordination. It marks another outstanding example of the 'can-do' spirit of Hong Kong people and I am very happy to witness the fruit of these efforts."
