One Island East office development is currently under construction and is due for completion by the first quarter of 2008.The 70-storey building is the latest addition to Taikoo Place, the group of premium office buildings designed by Wong and Ouyang at Hong Kong Island East: Devon House (completed in 1990) Dorset House/PCCW Building (1994), Lincoln House (1996), Oxford House (1998) and Cambridge House (2004).
