The Orchards, the first residential development in Hong Kong to be awarded the Excellent rating from HK-Beam, received ‘ Merit in Residential Building Design, Green Building Award 2006’ in the New Buildings Category from the Professional Green Building Council.  Its green concepts include enhancement of living quality by introducing sky gardens.
