	- Architectural Degree, member of HKIA or equivalent an advantage - Strong design flair and illustration ability - Self motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Minimum 3 years Post-graduate experience (Design Architects) and 6 years Post-graduate experience (Senior Design Architects)
	Senior Project Architects



	Project Architects
	- Member of HKIA or equivalent - Experience in Hotel and Mixed-use Commercial Projects will be an advantage - Self motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Opportunity to travel within the region - Minimum 3 years Post-graduate experience (Project Architects) and 6 years Post-graduate experience (Senior Project Architects)
	Architectural Presentation Manager



	The successful candidates will lead and manage the expanding in-house Architectural Rendering Team that employs CAD based 3D techniques. - A good eye for perspective - Ability to produce high quality 2D and 3D CAD architectural renderings and animations using Autocad, 3D Studio, Adobe Photoshop and Lightscape. - Architectural training will be an advantage
	Senior Interior Designers



	Interior Designers
	The successful candidates will join our Architectural Interior Design Team to prepare concept design, detailed design, working drawings, tender documentation - Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience (Interior Designers) and 10 years of post-graduate experience (Senior Interior Designers) - Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop - Hotel experience will be an advantage
