Wong & Ouyang recently completed the HOI AN SOUTH INTEGRATED RESORT (HOIANA), a transformative development on Vietnam’s central coast that establishes a new benchmark for large-scale, mixed-use tourism destinations. The sheer scale of HOIANA is a primary indicator of its ambition. The project’s successfully delivered first phase, which opened in 2021, was constructed on a 160-hectare parcel of land, encompassing a gross floor area of approximately 270,000 square meters. This initial development is part of a grander vision, with a master plan that envisions a full build-out across 985 hectares, positioning it as one of the largest integrated resort complexes in Southeast Asia. Situated in Vietnam’s key tourist corridor, the resort is approximately 27 kilometers south of Da Nang International Airport—the primary aviation gateway to central Vietnam. Most notably, it is merely a 15 minutes drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hoi An Ancient Town.
