KO Shan is a Director at Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. She has over 27 years of experience in the planning and design of various projects, including commercial, hospitality, residential, and institutional developments in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Her comprehensive portfolio features a diverse array of project types and scales, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field.

As the leader of a dedicated design team, Ko Shan has strong design and coordination skills, guiding projects to successful completion within tight deadlines while consistently meeting client expectations. Some of her noteworthy completed commercial projects include One Island East in Quarry Bay, the Pacific Place Footbridge crossing Queensway, Lee Garden Three in Causeway Bay, and the East Pacific International Centre in Shenzhen.

She has also been involved in government projects under Design and Construction Contracts, including the Headquarters for the Hong Kong Drainage Services Department in Cheung Sha Wan. Additionally, she has played a key role in some of Hong Kong’s largest public housing developments, such as the Queen’s Hill Public Housing Development in Fanling and Tung Chung Area 133.

Ko Shan is a Registered Architect in both Hong Kong and Massachusetts and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the American Institute of Architects.
