Albert CY CHAN

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Albert Chan is an Executive Director and has over 20 years of experience on many projects including large scale commercial developments as well as institutional and residential developments.

He is currently involved in the Express Rail Link Topside development in West Kowloon and the U-Drive 2 project, an interdisciplinary research centre for the University of Hong Kong.

He was the Project Director of Lee Garden 3, an office development forming part of the Lee Garden complex at Causeway Bay which was completed in 2017, as well as the recently completed H Zentre at Middle Road, a 17-storey purpose-built medical centre for private medical practitioners.

Other projects completed by Albert include the Centennial Campus at HKU, the Hang Seng University buildings in Shatin and Bel-Air on the Peak residential developments at Cyberport.

Albert is a HKIA member, a Registered Architect and an Authorized Person. He sits on a number of Government development committees including the LDAC Joint Sub-committee on Streamlining of Development Control and the Buildings Department APSEC. He has been for a number of years and is currently a HKIA Council Member.  He chairs the Board of Local Affairs at HKIA and is a member of the Architects Registration Board.
