This is a comprehensive development located in the heart of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The master plan of this project consists of three phases – a retail center in Phase I, a hotel and service apartments in Phase II and a 103-storey high office tower in Phase III with a landscaped open plaza in front of the development.
