The project involves the construction of a multi-storey research laboratory building of some 12,000 s.m. in net operational floor area (NOFA) or 24,970 s.m. in construction floor area (CFA) in Tai Po Area39. It will include necessary external works such as provision of car parking spaces, external landscaping, adequate plumbing / drainage and engineering services, etc..
