DEPARTMENTAL QUARTERS FOR
CUSTOMS AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT REDEVELOPMENT, Hong Kong

2012

The project is a 23-storey residential tower (including a 2-storey podium and a landscaped podium garden) providing a total of 80 residential units with a construction floor area of about 12,600s.m.

The building is characterized by the brise soleil on its façade which provides shading to ALL windows and acts as traffic noise barrier.

Despite facing the noisy Chatham Road North, all residential units enjoy open view and cross ventilation.

Typical floors are carefully planned to provide ample natural light and cross ventilation to lift lobbies.

A multi-purpose room with a panoramic view over Hung Hom and To Kwa Wan is located on the main roof of the tower, coupling with a landscaped roof garden, for the enjoyment of all residents and their visitors.
