SENIOR DIRECTOR

Artur Au Yeung is a Senior Director of the Practice and has more than 45 years of experience in design and management of large-scaled building projects in Hong Kong. He was the Director-in-Charge of a number of prestigious mixed-use developments in Hong Kong including the International Commerce Centre (ICC) & Cullinan at Kowloon Station, Pacific Place at Admiralty, the Grand Century Place at Mongkok Station and Times Square at Causeway Bay.

He has completed many Government and Institutional buildings including Design and Build projects for ArchSD. The West Kowloon Law Courts was a Design and Build project with Shui On. In addition to Design and Build projects, he has completed a Tier 4 Data Centre for NTT at Tseung Kwan O and the Jockey Club Clubhouse at Happy Valley.

He has undertaken many residential projects, both in the private sector and public sector. These include Papillons at Tseung Kwan O, Parc City at Tsuen Wan, and the Austin and Grand Austin next to Kowloon Station for the private sector. For the public sector, Queen’s Hill Public Housing at Fanling.

Artur is fully conversant with all aspects of statutory submissions in Hong Kong particularly with those involving the Building Authority. He has sat for many years as the HKIA member at the APSEC and the Building Subcommittee of LDAC. He is currently the HKIA representative at the FSD/AP Liaison Meetings.
